Self Care Fridays.

Lately, my Fridays have been dedicated to Self-Care. It's been a good way for me to relax after the work week. Work ended on a good note this week, I didn't leave feeling stressed--I left feeling hopefully. I made sure to finish up my lesson plan as soon as I got home, so I don't have any work to do over the weekend. I truly just want to relax, write and enjoy ME time--since I haven't gotten to do so at all! 

Anyways, as I was for the past 3 weeks my Fridays have been dedicated to self-care/self-love. I've been taking a relaxing bath, lighting candles/incense, painting my nails, doing my facial mask, watching netflix, and writing. It's been very successful in calming me, if I'm feeling overwhelmed or stressed.I can't wait til I can get a massage--that will have to be next month tho. Today after my bath, I write down my intentions/goals that I want to accomplish. I just need to keep the mindset that it's NEVER TOO LATE.

I'm hoping for the best when it comes to my future. I hope for a career in which I'm truly happy, I hope to be financially stable, I hope to have people in my life who truly care to see me grow(and not put me down), I hope to learn to let down my guards/borders more, I hope to step outside my comfort zones and network/make connections. I hope that all of this will turn to reality---only time will tell. Good thing I am Patient.
